Sometimes we can feel down due to weather, tiredness, after a ‘flu or an illness, or we can react to something that is happening in our life. Once we can identify what is making us feel down then we can do something about it or talk about it to someone. However, if feeling down continues for a few weeks and doesn’t seem to be lifting, you need to talk to a professional (ask your GP for a contact number) and see what is happening for you. Don’t let it continue – life is to be enjoyed, not endured!
