Is suicide something you have attempted before?
Yes, but it was a while ago

If you attempted suicide in the past because of some difficulty that you were going through, and that you find that you are now going through the same bleakness, then it is obvious that you have difficulty in coping with certain situations. You need help and support – in particular how to cope with despairing issues that can face us at times. The fact that you survived a previous attempt before means that there is a part of you that wants to live – you just don’t want to face this pain again. How did you attempt suicide before – did you have a plan then, and do you have one now?

DO YOU HAVE A PLAN?
Yes, I have a plan.
No, I do not have a plan.
