Finance Administrator Pieta House Head Office

Pieta House provide a range of counselling services for people who are suicidal, engage in self-harm or who are bereaved by suicide. Pieta House also operate a national 24 hour helpline (1800 247 247) and a dedicated Research, Education and Training office.  We are committed to delivering our services with care and professionalism and continue to strive to ensure that we provide the best service for our clients.

We are currently recruiting for the following

Finance Administrator 

Permanent Contract – 40 Hours per week

Salary – €25,000 - €28,000 per annum

Location: Pieta Head Office, Tallaght, Dublin 24

Role will entail the following:

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of income summary report
  • Recording of lodgements
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Input Expenses (mileage, subsistence, cpd)
  • Supplier Invoice Entry into Sage
  • Dealing with Supplier Queries
  • Liaising with other Pieta House departments regarding queries
  • Liaising with Auditors
  • Office Admin duties and other ad hoc duties as required

Essential:

  • Experience working in Finance
  • Computer literate with Excel Experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive approach to Teamwork

Desirable:

  • Sage 50 Experience
