Reporting to the Clinical Programme Manager, Pieta are now seeking to recruit a Data Analyst. Initially working remotely, the role will then be based in Pieta Head Office.
Pieta provide a range of counselling services for people who are suicidal, engage in self-harm or who are bereaved by suicide. Pieta also operate a national 24-hour helpline (1800 247 247) and a dedicated Education and Training office. We are committed to delivering our services with care and professionalism and continue to strive to ensure that we provide the best service for our clients.
Extract relevant data Salesforce and other secondary sources
Analyse information using appropriate statistical tools and techniques including computerised modeling
Identify trends and patterns in data
Present information in easily accessible forms to guide service decision making
Provide data reports for management and administrative staff.
Designing, creating and maintaining databases and data systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a social science with a strong quantitative and statistical research component
Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or a Master’s by research in a relevant area demonstrating strong data analysis and statistical skills
Excellent IT skills
The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
Strong problem-solving skills
A methodical and logical approach
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
Excellent written and spoken communication skills including report writing
