  • Establishing the individual giving programme from cash donations to regular giving

  • Managing the individual giving budget ensuring clear reporting and ROI monitoring

  • Developing and managing a system for individual giving with pieta’s salesforce database

  • Managing the Donor Care Officer to establish clear donor care practices

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a highly regarded Irish charity at an exciting time in its development - Pieta has a proactive and positive team culture; an extensive, supportive fundraising department; a strong active supporter base that provides a huge opportunity for building a regular and cash giving programme; and a leadership team with a commitment to trying new things.
