100 Squats a Day, Every Day!

This November, Pieta is inviting you to take on the challenge of 100 squats a day. You’ll complete 3,000 squats over the month, while raising vital funds to support Pieta’s lifesaving services.

By joining this challenge, you’ll be playing an important role in ensuring we can continue to support those impacted by suicide and self-harm. Every squat represents strength, resilience, and the fight against suicide and self-harm.
