Terms and Conditions

The Prize:

Stephanie Rainey will perform at the home of the winner. Performance to be at an appointed time and a venue in the Republic of Ireland as agreed between Stephanie and the winner. No more than 20 people (friends/family of the winner) to attend the concert with due respect to the safety of all concerned and social distancing rules will apply in accordance with HSE and government guidelines

Londis Ireland will provide refreshments for this event up to the value of €400 based on Londis retail prices. Alcoholic beverages will not form part of these refreshments. Refreshments will be available for collection at the Londis store closest to the gig venue.

The Competition:

Entry to the Competition is by means of donation at Pieta.ie – minimum donation of €10

The Competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over as at the date of the Competition who have donated to Pieta.ie via the Stephanie Rainey page on Pieta.ie between May 22, 2020 and June 5, 2020.

Winner selection:

The winning ticket will be drawn by an independent judge appointed by the Promoter for that purpose on Monday June 8, 2020. The decision of the Promoter as to the winner and validity of the entry is final and no correspondence with third parties will be entered.

How to claim:

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within two weeks of the

Competition using the contact details supplied when donating at Pieta.ie. The name of the winner will be posted on the Pieta.ie and associated social platforms. The Promoter will not enter correspondence with third parties and will not use alternative contact details to those supplied upon entry to the competition

Publicity:

Entrants agree and give consent that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name and town of residence for the purposes of announcing the winner of the Competition and for related promotional purposes.
